>Christina works with people who are managing a lot - and doing it well enough that no one on the outside would know how much they’re holding. The reliable, high-functioning people who are always there for others but quietly running on empty.

She has a particular interest in neurodivergence and highly-sensitive people.

Her work tends to focus on anxiety, burnout, identity, and life transitions - especially for people in healthcare, education, and caregiving roles who are used to putting their own needs last.

Her approach is values-based. She believes knowing what you actually stand for makes it easier to draw boundaries, make decisions, and stop spending energy on things that aren’t really yours to carry.

Sessions are grounded and practical. There’s room to slow down.

Areas of focus: anxiety and depression, stress and burnout, life transitions, neurodivergence, highly sensitive people (HSP), identity and self-exploration, chronic health issues.

Approaches: CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Languages: English, Ukrainian.

$170 individual $130 student $220 couples (50 min) $280 couples (80 min)
